Jay B. Weiss, Managing Director
Mr. Weiss is a founder of Skyline Equity Advisers. He has many years prior experience as a management
consultant, financial analyst and entrepreneur. During his consulting career, he held senior positions at
the major international consulting firms A.T. Kearney and Coopers & Lybrand where he advised companies
on strategic, financial and organizational issues. His clients ranged from mid-sized companies to major
corporations such as AT&T and Kellogg's.
He holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of
Business at Dartmouth College.
Michael Y. Sukhman, Managing Director
Mr. Sukhman is a founder of Skyline Equity Advisers. He has many years prior experience in corporate
law in addition to his experience as a Wall Street analyst. During his legal career, he held positions with
several prominent law firms including LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green & MacRae; Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt &
Mosely; and Ross & Hardies. Mr. Sukhman has advised large and mid-sized clients in the areas of mergers
& acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial litigation and bankruptcy & reorganization.
He holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and a J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of
Law at Yeshiva University.
Marc D. Weiss
Mr. Weiss has extensive experience in both business and law. His business experience ranges from the
founding of several successful entrepreneurial ventures to working as an analyst for a small-cap m&a firm.
His legal expertise stems from his past work at prominent New York law firms, such as Simpson Thacher &
Bartlett and Zeichner, Ellman & Krause, representing corporate clients in the areas of mergers &
acquisitions, real estate, bankruptcy, and corporate law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Weiss
served as a federal bankruptcy law clerk for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Weiss attended Columbia University and Binghamton University, where he graduated with a B.A. in
Economics. He holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and a M.B.A in Finance from the Stern School of
Business, graduating as a Stern Scholar.

Harry J. DeMott
Harry DeMott is a Managing Director of Bourgeon Capital. Previously, he founded Gothic Capital
Management and was a Director in the Equity Research department of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).
Throughout his career, Harry has assisted in successfully raising over $40 billion in capital, from both
private and public sources, for numerous companies within the broader media sector. As a result, Harry
was voted as one of the Top 40 Most Powerful People in Radio by Radio Ink Magazine on three separate
occasions. In 1998, Institutional Investor magazine voted Harry the 2nd best stock picker of any industry
category, amongst all sell-side research analysts. In addition, Harry was elected to the Institutional
Investor All-Star Team for research in Broadcasting. Similarly, in both 1997 and 1999, the Wall Street
Journal picked Harry as a Top Stock Picker in his field. Prior to CSFB, Harry was President of Chelsea
Realty Company, a real estate investment firm located in New York City. Previously, Harry was a media
and waste industry analyst with CL Global Partners, a division of Credit Lyonnaise. Harry can be reached

He received an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of
Business and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
John R. Roësset
Mr. Roësset has nearly 20 years experience in international banking, asset management, trading and
engineering. During his banking career, he held senior positions at Citibank and ING Barings where he
advised companies on financial risk management issues. His clients ranged from small Latin American
companies to major global institutions such as The World Bank and IMF. He has closed hundreds of deals
with an aggregate value of over $10B.
He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (with Honors) from The University of Texas and an MBA (with
Distinction) from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
